Scott Allan founded Allan Development Group in 2016, bringing together more than 20 years of real estate experience and approximately 15 years in development. Based in Fort Myers, Florida, he focuses on projects that connect a clear market need with a distinctive real estate concept.
His experience spans ManCave communities, luxury garage condominiums, industrial flex space, business parks, multifamily housing, custom residences and hospitality projects. From site selection and feasibility to project planning and delivery, Scott brings a practical understanding of how real estate ideas become functioning places.
