La Ola — Bell Tower

A 4,136-square-foot restaurant interior renovation at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers. Completed in 2023, the project supported La Ola Surfside Restaurant’s new inland location following Hurricane Ian.

A new chapter for La Ola

After Hurricane Ian destroyed La Ola’s original Times Square location on Fort Myers Beach, the restaurant established an inland home at Bell Tower Shops. The new location brought its beach-inspired dining and entertainment concept to Fort Myers and welcomed its first customers in June 2023.

Restaurant interior renovation

Allan Development Group’s work focused on the renovation and build-out of the restaurant’s interior, completed in 2023. The project adapted an existing commercial space for La Ola’s restaurant concept, creating a setting for dining, a full-service bar and live entertainment.

The Bell Tower setting

The restaurant occupied 4,136 square feet indoors, complemented by 1,843 square feet of outdoor space at Bell Tower Shops. The patio area describes the venue’s overall setting; ADG’s project scope was the interior renovation.
