Signature Storage Suites is a completed luxury garage condominium development in Fort Myers, Florida, bringing together dedicated storage, personal recreation and a community of enthusiasts. The project comprises 40 ManCave suites across 84,000 square feet, with an average suite size of approximately 2,100 square feet.

Developed with the participation of Scott Allan and Allan Development Group alongside Tom Torgerson, the project continues the ManCave concept established through Island Storage Suites. Signature provides a setting where owners can preserve prized possessions and create a space around their individual interests.

Situated along the Pine Ridge Road corridor, Signature serves owners in Fort Myers and the surrounding coastal communities. Published suite listings identify addresses including 16245 Pine Ridge Road, Fort Myers, FL 33908. The location provides access to nearby marinas, Fort Myers Beach and the Sanibel area.

The development’s location supports a range of storage needs, from collector cars to boats and recreational vehicles. Each owner’s use and interior configuration depend on the individual suite and applicable community requirements.

Suite design & community infrastructure

Published property specifications describe climate-controlled interiors, oversized 16-by-16-foot garage doors and approximately 18-to-20-foot ceiling heights. These proportions allow generous vehicle access and potential for mezzanine build-outs, subject to the suite design and required approvals.

Community features described in property marketing include perimeter fencing, coded gate access, camera surveillance, sprinkler systems, wash facilities and RV pump stations. Specifications, equipment and interior finishes vary by unit.
