The project uses a low-density twin-villa format to combine the character of private homes with a cohesive neighborhood setting. The community offers an alternative to larger multifamily developments while using the site efficiently.
Published plans describe a typical villa with two bedrooms, an additional flexible room, two bathrooms, a two-car garage and a lanai. A private pool was offered as an option, rather than as a feature of every residence.
